The not so fast lane...
I did the same level three workout from Tuesday on my own this time, used the pull buoy about half the time, did not try to keep up with the bad ass trio, and fared much better! 1800 yards (that's 72 laps my friends!) without a single cramp. Whew.....but I am so tired this week! The first two weeks felt superb, and now I am starting to feel the exhaustion kick in. Its harder to get me out of bed in the morning these days than it is to get Rowan out of bed (which is saying a lot!) And I am eating like a horse...ravenous most of the time. Since I cant get food in fast enough, the food choices are becoming more and more creative...peanut butter on cheddar cheese slices tastes a whole lot better than it sounds!
